🐶 Responsibilities of the Buyer:
✔ Payment: Buyer agrees to complete payment for the puppy and shipping fees. ✔ Supervision: Buyer must ensure the puppy is supervised and never left outside unattended. ✔ Humane Care: Buyer commits to providing proper food, water, shelter, medical care, and affection. ✔ Guarantee & Liability: Buyer acknowledges the seller guarantees temperament but is not responsible for future injuries or damages. ✔ Monitoring & Follow-Up: Seller has permission to contact Buyer for check-ins regarding the puppy’s well-being.
📜 Seller’s Guarantees:
✔ Health & Registration: Puppy is sold in sound health, with an official health certificate and AKC registration paperwork. ✔ Temperament Assurance: Each puppy is socialized and evaluated before adoption. ✔ Health Records Provided: Buyer will receive a complete medical history, including vaccinations & worming details.
🔬 Veterinary Examination & Refund Policy:
✔ Vet Exam Within 72 Hours: Buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. ✔ Refund Guarantee: If a veterinarian determines the puppy has health issues caused by the seller, Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund, with seller covering return costs.
🐕 Rehoming & Transfer Policy:
✔ Rehoming Notification: If Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, Seller has first right to reclaim full ownership. ✔ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Buyer may return the puppy within 30 days if unable to bond, receiving a full refund. ✔ Transfer Approval: Seller must approve any transfer of ownership to a third party. ✔ Prohibited Facilities: Chihuahuas may NOT be sold, leased, or given to pet shops, research labs, shelters, or similar organizations.
